Mission Requirements Strategic Asset Maintenance Planner

MRSAMP is a proof-of-concept full-stack application designed to validate a scalable, production-ready stack with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and an AWS EC2 deployment model.

MRSAMP is framed as a mission-design environment rather than a database-driven planner: an interactive, visual space where maintainers and planners "code" operational plans by manipulating time, status, and availability blocks directly on a dynamic grid instead of editing structured data by hand. The stated payoff spans three audiences — maintainers get intuitive control without risking underlying logic, planners can rapidly iterate Courses of Action visually, and leadership gains week-by-week transparency into readiness.

This is grounded in a set of design tenets: the interface should reveal relationships rather than hide them, visual feedback must always reflect operational truth, and the system should function as a living model rather than a static report, where every click and edit carries strategic weight and teaches something about readiness. The experience goal is preserving flow — no form fatigue, no context-switching between "code" and preview — so that drag-and-drop actions trigger instant recalculation of readiness and DUE/DNE thresholds, with animated visual feedback making the impact of each decision immediately felt.

Tenzies

A simple react web application that allows you to play a game of Tenzies. Tracks fewest rolls and fastest times.

Chef Zephyr

A simple react web application that allows you to input ingredients (minimum of four) and uses OpenAI's gpt-4o-mini model to return a recipe.

TempestVue

A web application hosted on a Nginx server running on an AWS EC2 t4g.micro (Linux/Unix) virtual machine.

Using the Weatherflow Tempest API and my Tempest weather station, the app extends and enhances PiGuy724's original work in the git repository TempestVue, "a modern, real-time weather visualization dashboard built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS. TempestVue provides a sleek interface for viewing weather data from Tempest Weather Stations."
